Ok so apparently my bottom is to big...

So in a attempt to kind of shame myself into sticking to this damn horrible diet - Which consists of normal food and very few treats, As opposed to big treats every few hours. Im going to chart my progress here for you all to see.

Ive done very very little exercise since the baby was born so its about time I started that - Properly!

I seem to have accumulated several fitness dvd's some trainers and a exercise machine thingymajig, So I suppose its about time to put them all to good use.

So here goes - First weigh in was 11 stone 12 lb

  1. Good Luck i know how you feel im also dieting at the moment as i want to loose weight for when i go on Holiday and feel better about myself i have lost 7lbs at the moment which i think i pritty good i have only been doing it for two weeks so far!!!

  5. Well done, keep at it. I have been dieting for about 13 weeks and lost 15lb - lost 7 lb in the first 3 weeks, then 1lb a week since with a few weeks staying the same as the week before. Must crack the whip and get my arse moving again!

  6. Honey, I know this story only to well. I have 3 stone to lose, these babies are not kind to our figures. Hope you are managing to stick to the diet.
